Miscarriage worry

So on Monday just gone I found out I was going to be a mummy for the first time, Im about 5weeks 5days today.
I'm 21 years old and I am a plus sized lady, and I'm worrying so much about losing my little bean to miscarriage. Can anyone give me any reassurance or stories that can help me?
