Can I track ovulation if periods are irregular

It's sometimes hard to track when my period comes because they are irregular. They usually are early and will come a few days before my last period. I got my period on the 27th of June. But this month I got it on the 22nd. Trust me I'm happy my periods come earlier and not later. I try to track my periods and I see that they change. I'm usually anywhere from a 25-28 day cycle. If my periods are a bit irregular do I still ovulate on day 13-14 like a usual cycle. Or do I ovulate earlier this month? I know here on the app they give you ovulation dates but I know it's not 100%
