Wishful thinking but is it possible

Wishful thinking but is it possible to have morning sickness around 10 dpo I've felt sick for last two days and today anything I've eaten other than Pagnol has made me sick.

Been through a medicated cycle with gonal f and timed intercourse. Negative test as I tested this morning.

When I was pregnant last year with twins the sickness started around 4 weeks super bad and I was in bed all the time drained and being sick.
