cramps after sex

okay so i had sex on the 19th of this month and he was realllyy reallllyyy rough. is it normal to feel like i have small period cramps & be uncomfortable down there ?? i'm supposed to get my period august 6th and i'm just so scared if i'm pregnant . he used a condom and i have him head after so i think i'm just over thinking. please give ur opinions.
