So I had "sex" for the first time. I was over at my boyfriend's house AND things escalated quickly. Head turned in to just the tip. It was not sex per say but literally just the tip. However he did cum but NOT IN ME. 
I am awfully concern because 15 minutes before he ejaculated while I jerked him off. Is it possible for me to get pregnant from pre cum?
 Take in mind it was a day before my "fertile window" and no condom was involved. Nonetheless, I took plan b with in 8 hours after the sexual encounter.

If you took the morning after you should be fine, you can get pregnant from pre-cum and sperm can live up to five days in the vagina so always be careful

Usually if a guy jacks off, he needs to go pee to get the rest of that cum out... if he came that's not pre cum. But his second round, the pre cum could have possibly pushed out the cum before. But cum is weak. Honestly your probably fine

If you are going to be having sex you should get on regular birth control. Plan b is good for only emergencies but it can really fuck it your body and your cycles. Don't rely on it for regular birth control
