What can I use on my babies stinky fat rolls

I have to wipe down his fat rolls at least three time a day. They smell terrible. What can I use to get rid of the smell?

Check he hasn't got some type of fungal infection. Bathe him daily and most importantly make sure all his creases and rolls and COMPLETELY dried.

NOTHING. Powders are bad for babies, and creams will make it worse. Keep it clean and dry. Dry is key!

When you clean them make sure they completely dry. Stretch out his arm/legs/tummy and run a dry cloth to avoid fungi.

No powder at all. Not recommend for years now. First thing the skin needs to stay dry so after you wipe baby down or bathe them you need to make sure everything is very dry. Next if it is smelly you need to make sure baby doesn't have some kind of infection. Redness or clear discharge is sometimes the first signs. I would start bathing the baby atleast every other day for now until the smell is gone for a little bit. If anything doesn't look right or really smells bad take the baby to the dr.

Just keep them clean my boy is the same I am forever cleaning under his neck & backs of knees, let the area get as much air as you can also. I agree it stinks! He's 6month now and smell isn't as bad tbh

We use the A and D diaper ointment under her chin and the next day it's completely gone :)

I used baby powder with cornstarch. Put it on my hand then rubbed into rolls. It was the only thing that made my oldest not smell like a wet dog all the time. Not a lot. And you have to make sure you still wet them clean twice a day. Good luck.
