Membrane sweep!

At my 39 week appointment today my doc said I'm fully effaced, his head is station 0? (Told me that was perfect for labor?) and I'm 2cm and while she was checking she says "I'm gonna do a membrane sweep" then tells me I might have bleeding. As much as I wanna meet my baby I'm so scared!! I feel like I have like 3 more months left!!!! I am scared to do any walking ... as if I don't want to go into labor. Help 😂 any of u moms in the Same boat as me and still haven't gone into labor?
