Toddler has PVCs (premature ventricular contractions) - anyone have experience?

Hi, worried mom here and looking for someone else who has been here. My 19 mo old has recently been found to have PVCs. They are happening really often (20%of his beats). They tried to do an echocardiogram and an EKG, both of which were pretty inconclusive because he was FREAKING out during the tests. So they recommend we follow up I'm 6 months. I am just curious if anyone has had experiences with this with their kid? Did they grow out of it or was there intervention needed? We are having to decide if he should have more tests under sedation this time which makes me nervous because of the risks of anesthesia.

Of course I have discussed all this with his doctor and a pediatric cardiologist. I'm just curious if anyone else has gone through it. Thanks ladies.
