Azaliah Hattie Blume

Heather

Azaliah is pronounced (u•zah•lee•yah) meaning near to the Lord. We know 100% this will be her name, but Im mostly curious what strangers will think. Ik its not too common or super easy to pronounce at first glance, but its unique and special to us. Hattie was my Papa's mom's name (my great grandmother) and not only do I love it but I want to honor him with it. Blume is a pet name my husband used to always call me in our blossoming relationship and although it's rarely used these days, it also holds meaning and I love the idea of giving it to her. Oh and yes, you guessed it, in German it means blossom lol :)

Lastly our last name is Hancock. Im pretty good at making names flow so the fact that hers doesnt 100% flow off the tongue bothers me as special as her name is. Should I keep it this way with all its meaning or search for a different third middle name. I know some wont like the idea of two middles bc I didnt, but all her siblings names are almost near decided and they have one so I cant leave her out.

Also Im nervous to announce to family later on, in fear that they'll think its too different or foreign. Please give me your opinions on the name Azaliah if you think it's beautiful or too weird. Also, I discovered this name while feeling inspired by the name Azalea so there's that to give some imagery. Thank you for your opinions :)
