Severe cramps

So I have been diagnosed with severe cramps. Nothing helps but muscle relaxers and now even those don't work. I'm not supposed to start until next week and I woke up to very heavy bleeding and very very painful cramps but all the cramps are in the lower back of my spine. A few months ago before my wedding I could feel my hips moving during my cramps. I've taken 8 at home tests and all come back negative. I don't know what a lot of these things mean. But all of my friends who've had kids agreed with me when I say I have early signs of pregnancy. But I've had the signs for 2 months now and nothing has been positive. What can I do to help relieve pain and get through this?
