Help? Possibly could get pregnant?

Question

So I got birth control last week (Tuesday) and I just had unprotected sex and have just taken my 8th pill. It says to wait 7 days but I'm not sure if it meant after the 7th day of taking it or you're safe to have sex on that day.  Is there any possibility I could be pregnant? He didn't cum in me, but I'm still paranoid.
My doctor told me it would be safe to have sex after 7 days unprotected, which is why I'm confused?
Please don't criticise me, I just need advise.

It's 7 days but whether or not it means on or after the 7th day is a good question. I would only worry if he came in you, but since he didn't then I wouldn't. You could take a pill this one time if it would help you feel better 🤷🏽‍♀️

You're probably fine. If your doctor said 7 days, it's 7 days. Just watch your symptoms if you're nervous

it means 7 days which is 8 pills. if you took 8 pills before you had sex, you're protected. If you took 7, you need plan b

Depends everyone is different it could take longer to actually be in your system. My doctor told me to wait a month after being on birth control just to know it's in my system and I'm in the safe zone.
