miscarried ?

well in October of last year I was 16 at the time, we'll me and my boyfriend had sex and the condom broke, well what was strange was I had a very very very short period, lasted for a day and than about 8 weeks later when I started birth control I was having the worst cramps and I was having the worst lower back pain which it felt like forever, well I just keap hurting until than I started bleeding and having these clumps come out with lots of blood, the pain was so awful I passed out, for a few seconds, well when I was up I bleed heavier and heavier until I heard a drop and I looked down and saw a little blob ( I believe was a sac, and the inside of it was white ) than I found a second one that was little and it had something white on the inside of it as well, we'll I had some awful cramps that day and bled for 2 and a half weeks 😣 I am so ashamed of myself, I couldn't get any positives on my test and so when I just forgot about it which I though I was pregnant I miscarried at 8 weeks.... I still have guilt on myself, but no one believes that I had a miscarriage, everyone looks at me like I am crazy
