Help, please?

Ok, so I'm not normally one to publicly complain, but this has been bothering me for a while. Both of my parents are liberal, but they sometimes make sexuality jokes. I'm 17 and no. I don't know if I should come out to them or how I would. Another issue is that moth of the grandma's that I'm close to are more religious than anyone else in the family so I don't know how they'd react either. As another road block I have anxiety issues t to the point I get nervous about asking for my nose pierced. Help?
