Pain on my right side of my pelvic😣

So today I was having pain on my right side of my pelvic but I just ignored it. So me and my husband just had sex but when he would go deep, the pain would hurt even more. I know I don't have appendicitis cause I had that removed years ago. Idk what it could mean. Could I be pregnant cause me and my husband are ttc. And my period is dire in a week. And I have taken a pregnancy test and it came out negative but ovulation test came out positive. Don't know what happening to me.
