Reddish brown when I wipe?

Question

My period is 4 days late but I'm very irregular. I took a plan b June 15th but had unprotected sex after that anyways and took another plan b July 20th. I know, I shouldn't depend on plan b's all the time bc it is very unhealthy. But anyways, today after I peed, there was a reddish more light brown on the toilet paper, what could this be??

If you read the paper that comes with the plan b you would know that brown or rust color is common after usage, and it is also known to make your period late.

So update, I woke up and the period is heavier than last night. I think it could be my period

Plan B periods are always weird. I wouldn't worry too much. 
The instructions on the plan b package say that you should take a pregnancy test after 3 weeks if you don't experience a period at all. Your uterus is most likely prepping to bleed and some blood is mixing with your cervical mucus. 
For me I have irregular periods anyway and what you described sounds like something that I go through normally. 
If I were you, I'd wait it out for a week after the first day you noticed the faint bleeding. 
Then maybe take a test if your regular flow hasn't picked up.
