I might be just getting panicky😑

So i had sex on july 20th...my periods were supposed to start on 19th but i am late by a few days most of the time...so now i had light spotting for like 2-3 days with period like cramps and finally got my full fledged period today on 26th july with clots and all that crime scene way(like i usually do). So i know stupid question but i cant be pregnant right..we can rule that out? I just get too scared and panicky sometimes😁😁
