I don't know how to cope

My boyfriend of 2.5 years broke up with me on Sunday.. 😢 He says this is because he wants to travel and is scared of committing to me so early in his life (we're 21). This comes as a shock as we hadn't had any relationship problems nor had he discussed this with me before. We have travelled a few times overseas together and since that have been planning other travel..

Since the breakup he asked if we could go out for drinks and if he could stay over at mine.. which he did.. we had lots of cuddles and sex and kissing. He said he loved me a few times. After chatting to him today about the possibility of getting back together he said 'not at the moment but I really want my life with you' so I decided I should cut him off completely and not reply to his messages. Since then (about 9hours ago) he has sent me several messages, called 3 times, and sent facebook and snapchat messages... he's obviously trying hard to get in touch.

I need opinions!! How would you guys deal with this?
