Is anyone else's baby whining ALL THE TIME?

The last couple weeks, I feel like my baby fights me on EVERYTHING. Diapers changes are a big deal. Changing clothes is a big deal. Sitting down to eat is a big deal. He whines to be held and when I pick him up, he whines to get down. Whines when I leave the room. Whines when he falls over while sitting. Whines when I don't feed him fast enough. When he's tired he throws a fit, but when I lie him down he thrashes, kicks and flops around until I literally have to pin him down to keep him still long enough to fall asleep. Even if he was already half asleep in my arms, he goes bananas once he's in the crb. I love my son so much, but he is driving me INSANE. I feel like I'm going to snap like a twig because of the whining. I feel like it's affecting my mental health. I don't even want to be around him half the time anymore. Is this normal for this age? I feel like I can't take it anymore. Anonymous because I'm so damn embarrassed for not liking my own baby very much right now.
