Skin peeling off down below...?

So this is my 2nd baby but didnt have this with the first one.

Skin is peeling off my bikini line.

To be honest been wearing knickers day & night because of discharge for the past few months and past week since I had baby same thing: pads...

Last night in shower I noticed smthg brown coming off...and the more I peel the more comes but than I am sore...

Been applying nappy rash creme :)

Anyone else has this- what do u use?

Also noticed my breasts and arms are peeling a bit- will exfoliate - this might help down below...
