Please help! Miscarrying?!

I am measuring 7 weeks and 4 days and still seeing 2 yolk sacs but no fetal pole. Ive had 3 ultrasounds: 1st one we saw yolk sac and fetal pole, 2nd one we saw 2 yolk sacs no fetal pole and one was enlarged yolk sac and 3rd one we saw 2 yolk sacs and no fetal pole still. After the 2nd they told me I was going to miscarry because of the large yolk sac. After the 2nd my hcg levels dropped 1,000. Week 7, I'm cramping now and having brown discharge along with a little red when I wipe. I'm assuming this is a mmc and going to talk to my doctor about my options. Since I'm cramping I don't think that I should wait another week for one last ultrasound (being 8 weeks then) but wondering what others think.
