Vaginal pain 😭

I thought that possibly it was an oncoming UTI, but I have none of the UTI symptoms. I don't constantly feel like I have to pee, it doesn't burn or sting when I pee, I have no itching, I just have a pain in my vagina. It feels like a pinch in my vagina. Anyone know what this could be? My next appointment is Wednesday, so I'll mention it then but do you guys think I should mention it sooner?
