neighbors cats.

this isn't ttc related and I'm sorry if it's not allowed. but here it goes, me and my best friend just moved in together in june, my landlords son loves behind us and they have a lot of cats. I have a cat and a dog, I don't mind cats at all but they will not stay away from my house they eat my cats food and torment her and I don't know what to do, I can't put her inside cause the lease says no pets inside and I'm mildly allergic what can I do? I've asked them if they can do anything about it and they said yes but they're still at my house all day every day
