OPK Help..

I have been testing for two weeks since AF and I can't seem to get a true positive but the line also won't disappear or really even change much. Idk if I ovulated. I usually have a very regular 30 day cycle but I had a miscarriage in June. This is my first moth tracking opk and bbt. My bbt also hasn't gone up yes and I'm on CD21. I also had a lot of spotting for about a week after AF 😖 ALL of these things are new for me so I'm not quite sure what's going on. I did take a few hpt and they were negative..so I'm at a loss. I don't know if I ovulated or whats going on . Does anyone else have this problem with OPKs? I've been taking them in the afternoon between 1-3. But even did one early morning and the result was the same. I tested the strips with water and there is no second line
