im worried

i have my doctors appointment in aug 8th and last time i went my hcg levels were doubling up my last one was 586 i believe and now im waiting on this appointment. for some reason i dont feel pregnant i haven't had any bleeding. amd i do get nausea throughout the day but no vomiting i barely get cramps anymore like once in a blue moon and i feel like at times i have to force myself to eat since im not hungry. i get headaches here and there as well and my tummy is alittle big. im just worry that the baby is not okay in there or that something is off
