How do you stay body positive?
This is a serious post. I'm not fishing for compliments or anything like that. I'm posting anonymously because I'm embarrassed.
I realize that I'm carrying my child and that will cause my body to change. I expected that. I knew that I was going to lose my abs, I just didn't know my confidence would go with them.
I'm a Martial Arts and fitness instructor. I went from being very fit to barely working out to now finally feeling well enough to get back in the gym.
*my husband is amazing and tries to make me feel sexy constantly but this is an internal battle.
My question is mommas, how do you keep loving yourself through the good parts of pregnancy and the bad?
