Pregnancy or Zoloft migraine?

Question

I'm not sure what's causing the migraines? 
I'm 12 weeks today, but It's gotten to the point where I can only lie down, when I stand up I feel like I'm gonna vomit, so I can't go out for a walk like I'd usually do, I'm drinking water, and taken Panadol which didn't work. I've just had a hot chocolate to try cure it. Its going on with 3 days now. Does anyone have any insight on this before I make an appointment with my doctor?

See your doctor. Mine started about 18 weeks (maybe sooner) and went on daily....7 days a week up until like 27 weeks. Then the medicine triage put me on isn't to be used that often,  so I had to wean off of it in order to avoid seizures. I went to my neurologist, and she's working with my OB to see what's best. Now it's random and only reaches like a 5. I truly believe it's simply pregnancy and hormones.

I have the same problem with migraines. My doctor put me on a medication that stops a migraine in its tracks. It works too
