i've told my friends that I am biromantic but I love all people genderfluid people agender people just everyone but that is more panromantic and I don't know if it's right to tell people that i'm panromantic since I identify as biromantic?

Sexuality is fluid and can always change. You don't just choose a sexuality label and have to stick with it forever, you can change.

I am not really one who enjoys labels. I am married to a woman and can automatically be assumed as 'lesbian'. I embrace this term, but don't identify by it.  Sexuality can evolve for some as you grow up, or you simply fall in love with someone you hadn't expected. Either way, don't worry about the labels. When I was younger I would sinply say 'I'm interested in any kind of person', or 'I believe in falling in love with anyone'. I also didn't worry if they assumed I was just talking about personality types of men. They would either understand or not and who cares?

of course you can. your sexuality is yours. if, when you were younger, you thought you were biro, but you realise now that isn't the case then of course you can change that.
