Help!!! Italian middle name for Mila!

My hubby and I are loving the girls name Mila, and are trying to find an Italian middle name to go with it. Our son's name is Nico Orlando and we love that so much we're struggling to come up with a combo for our girl that we love as much! Suggestions welcome and thanks in advance!
