I have a almost 1 year old daughter. I had Mirena taken out in May. I have just started get my periods for 2 months regularly. I track ovulation with OPKs but what else can I do? We BD every day during my fertile window but it doesn't seem to work. Any advice would be great ❤️❤️❤️❤️
