Breastfeeding Concern

I will be having my 3 and final csection in September. I plan on getting my tubes tied and all that, however, my doctors is unable to perform that procedure and said she'd recommend another doctor to do it two weeks after my csection. my concern is how that will effect my feeding time with baby due to the medication I'll be on and everything that goes with it. I thought about pumping but I'm not sure if my pump will get here in time since I'm getting it from Medicaid and I have to wait till after I have baby to get it. I really don't know what to do. It just feels like a stressful situation. I wish the procedure could be done at the same time I have my csection.
