FTM, in pain. Please help.

I'm 34weeks 4 days along and it's way past midnight here and I've been unable to sleep for the last one hour due to pain right below my right breast. I can feel the baby right there, I can't make out if it's the head or bums but he's there and it's causing me pain..

Am I right in thinking that it's how the baby is placed right now that's causing this pain or can it be something else? Also, is there something I can do to ease this pain? I tried drinking water and walking around for a bit but didn't help..
