Sex after having a baby 🤷🏼‍♀️

I just had my first baby 7 weeks ago.. and I am TERRIFIED of having sex again. I had my baby natural and I feel like my vagina went through a lot of trauma. It still is pretty sensitive and hurts just to wipe after I pee. I don't want to be yelling at my husband the whole time to be gentle or to slow down or to just get off if I am uncomfortable or am in pain. Obviously it's been awhile for him and he needs it.. does any mommas out there have advice on sex for the first time after a baby???
