Pill advice

So this is the pill I'm on... I posted a while ago about my nan binning my pill, so I took half of another pack (I got my period) so now I'm taking the pill again to make sure I have my next period too, however, I've messed it up as I'm going to continue taking half a pack each time, my question is... can I take a full pack and skip a period? If I take the full pack do I then have a week off? Will my period be really heavy?
