Adopting

Does anyone have any information on adoption? My husband and I have been ttc for going on 3 years. We had a miscarriage at 8 weeks last December and I'm officially fed up with the entire process. I took a pregnancy test this morning with af due tomorrow and of course my husband and I see it, but we post on here and no one does. Like I said, im done with this process and I am starting to accept that us having a second baby just isn't in the cards for us. We have done all the testing and every thing is good. So for whatever reason, it's not meant to be. Any information would be helpful. Thank you
