anyone active in here? I really need to talk plz :-/

so my baby was born a week ago and I was in subutex thru my Dr the while pregnancy.... he didn't have to spend any time away from me we stayed in the hospital one extra day just to make sure his scores were always low and the last day he didn't score any but I just feel like something's bothering him he has a blood-curdling scream but he is able to be calm down easily and he just does it when he's mad he's been throwing up his milk through his nose which I know baby is do that anyways but one thing that's really worrying me is all of his dirty diapers which he does eat about 60 ml every 3 hours so it could possibly be that I'm just worried that he's not even feeling good even tho the drs oked us to come home. I'm prly just being a worried mum. is there anyone out there that has went through this also please message me I really need someone to talk to and I was you know this subject cuz kind of touchy with most people
