I've been trying to conceive for a little over a year with no luck. I have regular monthly cycles, take bbt, with negative OV test results. I test same time 2x/day with negative results. When my bbt dips I still get negative OV tests results. Is this anovulation? Can I anovulate monthly?

I have PCO, been diagnosed with it for 10 years. My OB doesn't think I have PCOS jus PCO, but a fertility doc says that I do have PCOS. Again, I do have monthly cycles, I'm waiting on blood work results to see if I have high levels of male hormones to be considered for PCOS.
