If you have considered getting your tubes tied what would be your ideal number of children before getting the procedure done.

I am currently pregnant with my second child and its been a rough pregnancy so much so I don't think I would want to go through this again. I don't want to take the risk of having BC fail so I am really considering having my tubes tied. I am also in my early twenties and wanted to know if anyone else has considered getting their tubes tied around this age and what your ideal number of children would be before you considered it.
