Can I get pregnant during my week off?

I've been on the pill for 3 packs straight now, no period. I am switching pills for my next pack to a higher dose, but I'm only going to take 3 days of it and then go off to get my period, and then continue taking them. 
My period usually takes 4 days to come once I get off the pill - can I get pregnant in those 4 days?

It's more of of a question of can I gwt pregnant in the 4 days in which i wait for my period, and I'm off the pill. 
Again, I was on one brand, I switched to a higher dose brand, but only for 3 days cause I wanted to push my period off. After my one week off I'm going back on the higher dose pill.

My friend did she was on her first sugar pill of a tricyclic pack when she had sex and didn't start her new pack until 2 days after her next pack was due in order to do a Sunday start but ended up pregnant. She and her husband seem super fertile though she's had 2 accidental pregnancies on the pill

no because if you take the pill correctly there will be no egg there to fertilize since you did not ovulate (:
