Which fitbit should I get?

Question

This will be my first, which one should I get? 
I'm considering the Charge as it's the cheapest but it's a few years old so i don't know. 
Would tracking heart beat be more accurate?

I have a Garmin and love it!! Check them out.. I can't remember the name of mine but it is a great device and cheaper but equally as good as Fitbit. I have had both. Just my opinion.

DON'T get the charge HR. I've had three of them break in one way or another in one year. One had a huge air bubble in the band that caused separation. The next had air bubbles and the device stopped functioning. The third would not sync despite having a full battery and trying all the troubleshooting tips. Fitbit admitted fault and luckily I received one more. I have the FITBIT ZIP. It's pretty cheap, but it is much more reliable and has yet to break... I've had it for 6 months. My HR lasted a max of 5 months, but usually less. And it wasn't as accurate.

The charge doesn't track HB I don't think
Just the charge hr or the charge 2... I personally prefer the Alta hr becaise it's thinner sleeker.... but with the charge 2 you can swap bands...

The charge 2 was on sale this past Wednesday when I got mine. 129 at Best Buy friend paid 129 at target.
