UPDATED D&c or pill?

UPDATE:  shortly after posting this I had a natural miscarriage after an hour of extreme pain.  Thank you all for your support.  
So I found out yesterday that I lost my baby.  I should be 8 weeks but there's only a sac.  They are checking me again in 9 days.  I have never been through this.  What's the less painful way?  I hear the pill is very painful.  I hate that I have to make this decision.  Wish my little baby had made it.  I know it's going to be bad either way, but I wanna make it easier on myself

We lost our baby at 9 weeks in April...I decided to have the d&c; and I'm glad I did. The doc was worried about blood loss at that point and I didn't want to witness it actually passing. I suggest that for you too as the fact that you know you've lost it is tragic enough...I'm sorry you're going through this. Its horrible. 💔

Hi am so sorry for you loss.
I had a dnc in March last year and it is the biggest regret I have. I have no end of issue since I have had the dnc.
I wish I had chose the medical management because things may be different right now.
I had a misscarge in March 2016, I had the operation everything was fine. Fell pregnant again in the June. I had a Mm and had the medical managemnt for these. I became very poorly in January this year and was diagnosed with pid and I have jusr had an ectopic pregnancy

Hi. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I've lost 3 in two years. My first and third I had a d&c; as my body wouldn't pass them at all but no2 happened naturally and it was more heartbreaking. I would definitely choose a d&c; because you don't see what they remove as it's done under g/a. I struggled with my second as I saw what I was passing. I was 7 weeks so it didn't resemble a baby but I still knew. My thoughts are with you xx

I'm so sorry you're going through this. Your story is very close to mine from February of this year. 
I chose to get the Cytotec pill because I wanted to limit the potential for scar tissue in my uterus (I knew I would be having fibroid removal surgery, so that played a part in my decision).
It was painful; both physically and emotionally. I watched everything pass and did bleed heavily for days and spotted for weeks. I did it when my husband was at work because I knew he'd feel helpless to see me like that, but I wish I'd had him with me instead of being alone.
