It's Happening 😓

After hearing from my doctor that I would miscarry (and set up an appt tomorrow to choose between d&c;, pill, or natural), I think it is beginning to happen on its own.

I had cramping the last few days. That stopped last night and this morning when I wiped I had very light bright pink / yellowish discharge. I am insanely dizzy and weak.

How long will it take? The doctor told me to go home to rest but I just have heard so many stories about the timing I have no idea what to expect. How long until the blood comes full force?
