Aeroflow for breast pump

Anyone go through Aeroflow to get their beast pump? I know everyone says they're fast once you've chosen your pump, but it's been a week (5 business days) since I filled out the qualification form and they are suppose to contact you within 3-5 business days. Anyone else have experience with this?
