Wanting to track my fertility

I got pregnant in April around my 5th or 6th week is when my baby stopped growing and I had my miscarriage April 26,2017 my body didn't dispose my baby until May 19,2017. I've received 2 of my cycles and they have not been normal since the miscarriage. I'm not pregnant now but I would like to be soon. I am wondering should I wait to have a normal flow then track my fertility?

And if you are wondering how my blood flow is, it is a light flow with only blood in my pad but when I urinate there in no blood in the toilet. If anyone has experienced what I am going through now can you please help me. Thank you 😊
