Anyone ever..?

Anyone ever "well at least you've had one?" It's the most frustrating thing to me. I have a 2 year old and TTC with newly diagnosed PCOS. It's hard for me, because I was extremely regular until about a year ago and now have not had a real period since. I'm on Femara, Dexamethasone, and Metformin with no luck of even a period. The other day a girl who is also TTC with her first told me that it's not as big of a deal for me since I already have one baby. Super inconsiderate.
