Diet Recommendation
I currently live a very unhealthy lifestyle in which I eat mostly junk food and rarely exercise. Because of this, I've gained a lot of weight over the past few years. I'd like to start living a healthier lifestyle, but I'm struggling with where I should start. If anyone has any recommendations for healthy cookbooks or weight management programs, I'd greatly appreciate them. My only stipulation is that I need a system that's relatively easy and inexpensive.
