Herpes..

I was diagnosed with genital herpes a few months ago and I'm having an outbreak right now. As soon as a blister showed up I started taking my prescribed valtrex, but not before the blisters showed up.

Would the herpes outbreak go away faster if I burst the blisters and continue taking the valtrex? Or should I not burst the blisters and wait for them to subside on their own with the medication?

I just want to get rid of this OB as quick as I can. Does anyone have any experience with this?
