Can't stop snacking 😩😫

Hi yall💗 I recently started eating cleaner & healthier. But I cannot stop snacking. I eat about 5 small meals a day. Grilled chicken & grilled squash or turkey bacon & eggs. Something of that sort. But I'm constantly eating extra sharp cheddar cheese sticks, fruits (I've eaten like 4 plums today😞) Baked Lays (I try only eating the serving size but my fatass goes way over) & Granola! Like I am literally always eating something. What can I do/change? If I drink more water will it fill me up? Chewing gum make me forget about eating? Haha give me tips please!
