my little one has had this out of no where doc has given is hydrocortisone cream which has helped a bit. anyone know what it could be. hez not scratching no other symptoms hez happy otherwise its just on the cheek and forehead

probably is some kind of reaction to the food, maybe if you feed him with dairy products or meats. Probably that could be the reaction.  I said this because I read so many times parent rush into feeding their babies with dairy , meat products or even canned tuna that's too much for a baby when their gut and intestines are Maturing at such a young age.

Looks like baby acne! You can't do anything for it but keep it dry, and it'll go away on its own. It's caused from hormones... my little one has it a lot all over her. But if you want a better opinion and it doesn't go away, I'd say give the doctor a ring.

Could be heat rash. I noticed my daughter getting similar bumps after she napped in her room and woke up sweaty. I keep the fan on and just try to dress her so she's comfortable for naps and that seems to have helped.
