Baby won't eat meat

How did you all get your babies to eat meat? Ive tried feeding it to Zella, but she is definitely not havin it..lol she's even gotten smart enough to look and see what's in the bowl before she'll take a bite. I swear she even knows which colors of food she likes from the ones she doesn't! She's recently figured out to shake her head "no" and seal her lips SHUT tighter than Fort Knox if she doesn't want a bite, and at this point this is her go-to move if she even smells meat. She loves fruit and *some* veggies, but she need to eat something with more protein!
