Workout advice?..

Hey guys, I'm 15 and I have a lot of thigh fat, I need tips and advice for things I could do to tone my legs up a bit. Also maybe foods I should stay away from?? Or something I should eat more of? Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you❤️
